Upload your reports

If you would like us to consider any reports or letters you have — blood or hormone results, scan reports, a semen analysis, or letters and summaries from your GP, a fertility clinic or another practitioner — please upload them to your appointment before you come. Reading them in advance makes your appointment more productive.

Attachments & Notes의 클립 아이콘으로 파일을 올려 주세요. 양식 작성 안내가 나오면 지금 작성하시거나 Maybe later를 누르시면 됩니다. PDF나 사진 모두 괜찮습니다. 가능하면 진료 24시간 전까지 올려 주시고, 어려우시면 내원하실 때 가져와 주세요. 온라인 진료는 화상 통화 중에 서류를 주고받지 않으니 미리 올려 주세요.

How to upload

Open your appointment. Press Confirm Appointment (or Complete Forms) in your booking confirmation email, or log in to your patient portal, open Appointments and choose Details on your appointment. If you are asked to log in, use the email address you booked with.
If you are asked to complete a form, you can do it now or choose Maybe later.
Under Attachments & Notes, press the paperclip and choose your files. PDFs are best; clear photos of paper results are fine.
Your files appear in the list and reach us straight away. There is nothing more you need to do.

Before you upload

Upload them at least 24 hours before your appointment, so that they are read before we meet. If you are coming to the clinic and can’t upload them in time, bring them with you. For an online appointment, please upload them beforehand: documents are not exchanged in the video call.

If a PDF is password-protected, please upload a copy without the password. Results of tests ordered through the clinic come to us directly, so there is no need to upload those.

Your files go to the clinic’s practice-management system and are used only for your care, as set out in our privacy policy.
