   • Dr Ryu Natural Medicine clinic offers natural medicine services, including consultation, acupuncture, herbal medicine treatment, lab testing services, dietary/nutritional guidance.
   • The services are designed to support and enhance fertility and overall health, and are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
2. Consultation and Treatment
   
   • All services begin with a  consultation to assess the client’s medical history, present illnesses and health goals.
   • Treatment plans are personalized based on the client’s unique needs and may include acupuncture, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
   • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultation and throughout the treatment process.
3. Fees and Payment
   
   • Fees for services are clearly outlined and provided to the client before the commencement of treatment.
   • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
   • Dr Ryu Natural Medicine reserves the right to change fees without prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   
   • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
   • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   • Refunds for services are only provided in the event that Dr Ryu Natural Medicine cancels the service or is unable to provide the agreed-upon treatment.
5. Confidentiality
   
   • All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, unless required by law.
   • Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Dr Ryu Natural Medicine during the course of treatment.
6. Disclaimer
   
   • Results may vary from person to person, and Dr Ryu Natural Medicine does not guarantee specific outcomes or success rates.
   • Clients are responsible for making their own informed decisions regarding their fertility journey and should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to their treatment plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
   
   • Dr Ryu Natural Medicine is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by clients as a result of the services provided or the client’s use of the information or products offered by the clinic.
8. Governing Law
   
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in London.

By engaging in services provided by Dr Ryu Natural Medicine, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
