Everything you need to arrive without stress. The one thing worth knowing before you set off: the entrance is on Southey Road, not The Broadway.

Entrance on Southey Road

165 The Broadway is the postal address, but the main entrance to Highland House is on Southey Road, around the corner — and so is the entrance to the car park. Map apps usually route to The Broadway frontage, where there is no way in. Set your satnav to Southey Road, SW19 rather than the postcode alone.

Parking — weekdays (Monday to Friday)

Drive to the front entrance on Southey Road and pull up briefly outside.
Tell the receptionist you are here for an appointment with Dr Ryu Natural Medicine and need parking.
Reception will open the car-park gate for you.

Parking and entry — Saturdays, outside reception hours, or when the reception desk is unattended

There is no reception service on Saturdays, and on a weekday the building’s reception desk is occasionally unattended.

If there is no one at reception, send a message to 07427 067 122, and you will be sent instructions.
Park, then come back out through the same gate you drove in by — the internal door between the car park and the building is closed on Saturdays.
Enter the building through the main Southey Road door.

Arrival sequence on a Saturday

Park → exit the car park by the same gate → enter the building from Southey Road.

When you arrive

Dr Ryu Natural Medicine is on the first floor of Highland House. On the first floor, find the blue velvet sofa and take a seat.

Coming by public transport

Wimbledon station — about ten minutes’ walk. National Rail (South Western Railway and Thameslink), the District line and Tramlink. Leave the station towards Wimbledon Bridge, turn left and continue along The Broadway; after about 600 metres, turn right into Southey Road.
South Wimbledon (Northern line) — about ten minutes’ walk. Head towards Merton High Street, turn left into Kingston Road, then turn right into Southey Road.
