Curse of vegetable oil: loss of cellular function, loss of family lineage

toxic vegetable oil Agnes Ryu

Fat is the most misunderstood nutrient. Demonizing saturated fat, natural animal fat and cholesterol has had devastating repercussions on the health across a wide spectrum of the population, regardless of age and gender.

When I encounter a couple desperate to get pregnant and fighting against the ticking clock, I allocate considerable time to explaining the role of fat in metabolism and fertility, hormone production, egg/sperm health.

Symptoms manifested from a deficiency of good fat are often so obvious and prevalent but we are surrounded by misinformation that rejects natural animal fat and allows toxic industrial fat into our cells, resulting in poor cellular function and gene expression with mental and physical consequences. The manifestation of a myriad of diseases, such as metabolic disorders, obesity, systemic inflammation and cancer can be traced to vegetable oil exposure which has led to rampant oxidative damage and eventual DNA destruction. In recent times, brain and gonad dysfunction have become pronounced. Since these are the most energy-demanding organs, they are the most susceptible to oxidative stress caused by vegetable oil consumption, which was never historically, part of our natural diet.

It is a matter of urgency to replace rancid/toxic/oxidative fat reserves with natural fat molecules to recover pristine cellular communication and tame inflammation and the ageing process. Eliminating vegetable oil is the pre-requisite in my practice before initiating any treatment since we believe that vegetable oil has an inherent ability to inhibit life.

A lot of my patients get confused and overwhelmed with new information on the role and importance of fat and this is why I have set up this website.  Fat is a controversial subject in the often confusing field of nutrition but when it comes to metabolic health and fertility in both men and women, it is of critical importance.
